For CLIENTS

The United States is unique in granting citizenship to those who come and contribute.  Its not on luck of birth here, its on an individual's choices and abilities.  We take pleasure in guiding some of those choices and highlighting your abilties to allow you to do in the United States whatever it is you want to get done.

YOUR RIGHTS

No matter your status here in the United States, YOU HAVE RIGHTS.  If you were questioned by an immigration officer and allowed to enter when you first came to the United States, you may choose not to sign any papers for the government before consulting with an attorney.  ANY PAPER YOU ARE ASKED TO SIGN WILL ALTER YOUR RIGHTS IN THE UNITED STATES.

Three points will help you do what you'd like here in the United States:

  • If you are not in legal status, you need to do everything you can to get legal.
  • Do not violate your status.  If you want to change your activities in the U.S., change your status to allow you to do what you want here in the U.S.  We can help.
  • The government is charged with facilitating your status, not to block you from getting status.
